Radburn attics, closets and drawers contain important photos, mementos and memoirs of early life in this community -- artifacts that help tell Radburn’s story. If you have (or know of) any of these things -- from, say, before 1960 -- please let us know and have a look.
We’re interested in pictures or descriptions of things, places and events, such as:
The B Park “summer house’’ that used to be where the picnic bench is now.
The old A park stage (which predated the one in B Park).
The Fair Lawn Avenue footbridge after its access ramps were removed in 1948 (before its demolition in 1952).
We’re also eager to read written accounts of Radburn life, including letters or diaries, and to look at memorabilia – anything from postcards to street signs to pool passes.
